What OpenAPI versions are supported?

SpekAi supports OpenAPI 3.0.x, OpenAPI 3.1.x, and Swagger 2.0 specifications. Both JSON and YAML formats work.

Does SpekAi cost anything?

SpekAi is completely free. No tiers, no limits, no account required.

What locales are supported for request data?

SpekAi supports 20+ locales for generating realistic request data, including:

  • English (US, UK, AU)
  • German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese
  • Japanese, Chinese, Korean
  • Arabic, Hindi, Turkish
  • Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish
  • Polish, Czech, Romanian

The locale affects generated names, addresses, phone numbers, and other locale-sensitive fields.

Can I use SpekAi without an internet connection?

Partially. You can load local spec files and make requests to local APIs without internet. Loading remote spec URLs obviously requires connectivity.

Does SpekAi store my data?

Data you save is stored in your workspace. Nothing is sent to BitsPlus servers.

Can I save and reuse configurations?

Yes. SpekAi lets you save configurations and reload them later. This is useful for repeated validations or when you have complex request bodies you don't want to recreate each time.
